1. You write a letter to a woman, indicate her complete name,
address and phone (if available) in the subject of the e-mail or in the body of the letter
and send it to us. You can send the letter to us:
2. We receive your letter and translate it.
3. If your lady has an Internet access we will
forward the translated letter to her by e-mail.
If she does not have it, we can deliver the printed
letter to her by the courier, send by mail or
she may come to our office to pick it up.
4. After a woman receives your letter she can
send you an answer to your postal address,
e-mail or she
can send a letter directly to our e-mail.
5. In case you want her to use our service to faster the
correspondence she may send her letter to us:

- by mail to Savanna International, P.O.Box 5133, Vinnitsa,
21018, Ukraine
NOTE: If you do not want the lady to pay for her response
sent to you by regular mail, you can send her Postage Stamps with Return
Envelopes together with your letter for her.
6. With our service it is possible to
exchange letters during 3-5 days, if your lady replies quickly. Regular postal mail
may take from 3 to 14 days for the same letters, and it can be even longer.
7. You can also exchange photos with the women. You can send
the photos to the lady as an attachment to your e-mail in jpg. format. The size of the
photo should not be more than 256 kb.
Your woman can also send photos to us by e-mail or by mail. They will be scanned and
forwarded to you by e-mail. After we scan the lady's photos, we will give or send them
back to your lady.
8. Together with your letters and photos you
can order and send flowers, sweets, toys, perfumes
and other presents listed in our Shop Center.
